Tour Host Guidelines

Please make sure your tour post is up by latest 9am EST on the day of your tour stop and make it the top post of the day. If a blogger fails to post during their schedule tour date, an email will be sent to inquire/remind, if this happens a second time, the blog will be no longer be a tour host at Xpresso Book Tours.

Reviews: If you happen to not like the book (review below 3 stars) and you are scheduled for a review during your stop, please email me so I may send you a promotional post instead. You may then post your review after the tour if you so wish.

Participating in a tour: Once a tour is open for sign ups, it be posted here at Xpresso Book Tours, and an email will be sent to tour hosts. Once the sign ups are closed and schedule is done, an email will be sent to everyone who signed up to advise of the tour schedule. This will be 6-8 weeks prior to the tour, and will have your assigned tour date, type of post, and review copy (if it's a print copy, it will be mailed out). Please be aware that not everyone who signs up may get on the tour, this will depend on the size of the tour and number of sign ups. A final email will be sent no sooner than a week before the tour kicks off which will have your specific tour stop material, giveaway details, and any other info you will require for your tour stop.
